Management
Martin Ludvík
CEO
Martin Ludvík joined Powertica Energie from ČEZ ESCO, where, as a division director, he was responsible for EBIDTA compliance and all operational matters related to the supply of commodity products and services to B2B customers and the public sector from 2018 to March 2023.
In 2021 and 2022, he was also responsible for the successful development of Green Energy, which helps customers meet their CO2 reduction targets. Prior to his involvement in ČEZ ESCO, he held senior executive and statutory positions responsible for sales and process support at ČEZ Zákaznické služby (handling customer services) and ČEZ Prodej (handling sales), which he helped to establish in 2005.
At Powertica Energie, he holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors responsible for Finance and Marketing.
Chief Sales Officer
During his professional career, Emil Fečko has built up a wealth of experience in senior sales positions in leading companies such as Lumius, Východočeská energetika and ČEZ Prodej.
Prior to joining Powertica Energie, he held the position of Chief Sales Officer at SPP.
He is currently the Chief Sales Officer of Powertica Energie and a member of the Board of Directors, where he is responsible for sales.
Jan Teplý
Chief Operating Officer
Jan Teplý started his professional career in the energy sector in 2001. During his tenure at Východočeská energetika, a.s., ČEZ Prodej a.s. and ČEZ ESCO, a.s., he gained a wealth of experience and unique knowledge related to supplying commodities to B2B customers.
He gradually worked his way up to senior management level in non-sales positions. Prior to joining Powertica Energie, he was responsible for providing sales and process support to the commodities team at ČEZ ESCO, a.s.
At Powertica, he holds the position of Chief Operating Officer, in which he is fully responsible not only for the company’s efficient operation, but also for product and sales support.

Kateřina Petrášová
Marketing Manager
e-mailKateřina Petrášová is a graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Economics and Management in Prague, majoring in marketing. She has been in middle management since 2018, when she headed the marketing department of a financial institution.
For the next 3 years, she worked in crowdfunding platforms as a Brand and Digital Manager. At Powertica Energie, she holds the position of Marketing Manager responsible for all the company’s marketing communications.
